This Transition curriculum is a 10-lesson universal emotional-centred skills-based transition intervention that aims to develop children’s awareness and ability to cope with the multiple changes they will experience over primary-secondary school transition. The content and structure was designed from years of experience supporting pupils through transition and related academic research.

A one day training session which will help you understand the theory, research and strategies and how to facilitate the lessons.
