Through attendance at sessions and completion of gap tasks, delegates will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead the early years foundation stage effectively.
Delegates will be introduced to evidence-based approaches to developing a vision and strategic planning with the opportunity to apply these to their own contexts
Delegates will be able to select tools and documentation to support monitoring, evaluation, supervision and workforce development planning.
There are 5 units in the Programme. Each will be delivered using a hybrid approach, depending on the subject matter to be covered.

Module 3
Leading Monitoring & Evaluation as a leader and practitioner in the EYFS.
Module 4
Leading Workforce Development – professional development, coaching strategies/professional conversations and the potential of Supervision.
Module 5
Effective Communication: Giving and Receiving Feedback; Difficult Conversations.
