Data tells us that anxiety is increasing nationally. It is such a universal experience and yet, simultaneously can feel really quite debilitating.
Understanding anxiety’s roots in our the mind and the body is one of the ways to begin to address it and figure out how to help students who may be struggling with anxious feelings to move forward.
This workshop is aimed at anyone working with pupils in school and will also support your own understanding around anxiety and, most importantly, simple ways in which we can all help.
Offering practical wisdom based in school experience, BEP’s mental health team will help you to feel well-resourced and supported in your role.
The session will be led by Anna Robinson, an UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and BEP’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Lead and experienced education leaders Mandy McCrohon and Anna Bateman from BEP’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Team.
