Learn the basics of South Asian Dance in a safe and supportive environment:

• Our dance classes are joyful celebration of South Asian culture and are upbeat, fun, and totally unique!
• Students will develop physical skills, confidence, musicality, and self-expression through the richness of South Asian arts and culture.
• Children will be able to show off their progress at an end of term concert to friends, teachers, and parents.
• Classes are taught by experienced, practicing dance artists with Enhanced DBS Checks.

Key information

• Who: Children (Reception to Year 6) - no experience necessary!
• When: Weekly, during school time or after school
• Duration: 45 mins
• Price: Children can try their first session for free! Fees are £14.10 for your first month, £19.10 thereafter (this works out as £5 per class!)
• Kit: The dance is done barefoot, and no special clothes or equipment is required - just comfortable clothes that you can move in e.g. colourful t-shirts and tracksuit bottoms or cultural clothing from home.

What we provide

• Affordable, weekly, after-school dance classes for up to 20 children (minimum sign up: 8 children)
• Support with advertising and recruitment, including posters and images.

What we need from you

• A weekly, after-school slot in a large clear space, with a clean floor, like a school hall or sports hall.
• Support with advertising and recruitment.
• At least one performance opportunity e.g. at a school assembly, concert or festival.
