Community Routes is an exciting new programme dedicated to equipping the next generation of young creative professionals with the tools, skills, and support they need to thrive in the working world.

Community Routes is not just another training initiative, it is a lifeline for young talent at a time when youth services are facing cuts across the country.

This FREE programme will be a significant opportunity to boost your career in the creative industries in one of five key areas - Creative Production, Music Technology, Film, Vocal Performance and Digital Arts.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn what to expect when working in music and arts from industry professionals through tailored masterclasses and one to one mentoring.

The Programme takes place from August to November with an artist residency from August 29th to September 6th in Digbeth, Birmingham.
